This place is small and homey. The food is very adorable and their lunch specials even more so. I love going here because I know what I'm going to get. It's nothing fancy, with just one chef behind the counter, but it checks all my boxes. Excellent food and service. For such a small place they have such a large menu & many types of ramen. I recommend the curry ramen to all of those around me and all of them who have tried it love it as well.

Matsucha is a small restaurant packed with big flavors--delicious, affordable, and absolutely worth the wait. Arrive early to snag a spot, but even if there's a line, it's well worth it!

Haven't been here in a while since I moved out of Canton, but they never disappoint. A bit small inside, so you may have to wait for a table if you hit the dinner rush. Absolutely worth the wait though. I highly recommend katsu curry. If I remember correctly it's not listed on the menu, but my friends and I always ordered it. It's just the beef curry dish with a piece fried pork added on top. They have the best miso, and they always deliver amazing and tasty food every time.

Seriously hidden gem! So glad to have found this place tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. We went in for dinner and the place was full, not a big restaurant so expect to wait but it's definitely worth it. Very casual mom and pa style establishment which adds more to the appreciation. The waiter was very helpful as everything on the menu seems to be more authentic than your traditional American ramen that we've become accustomed too. I'm not sure I'll try Ramen from anywhere else anymore. I ordered the miso pork soup, my partner the corn butter soup as well as the rice balls and both were amazing. This place is incredibly delicious for an incredibly fair price! I will definitely be revisiting soon

Super yummy ramen, but the takoyaki wasn't as crispy as it should have been. Small, cozy restaurant with authentic food--a staple of Canton, MI! Service is quick and cordial.

Very cozy atmosphere. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and the restaurant was filled in seconds. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable. My husband and I shared the hot & spicy ramen and the eel rice. Wish this restaurant was closer to us!

Matsuchan is as authentic as you can get! It's owned by a very adorable family and the inside can only sear like 12 people. You can't miss the line of people waiting to get in either! I had corresponded with the business on their instagram and asked about vegetarian and vegan options and they sent me an entire list of things I could eat - UNREAL. I got some umeboshi onigiri which had the perfect amount of saltiness and deliciousness! I ordered their creamy vegetarian ramen and added and egg and the portion size was very generous. Be prepared to take a lot home!! 10/10 would recommend and would come back!!

This tiny little mom and pop Japanese restaurant is so good. It's a small hidden gem in a shopping center that looks really not noticeable. They have their own parking so that is easy. The tough part is getting a table. The seats are limited and there are not that many spots to choose from. It's super hot in there though, both from the hvac and sun light. So much direct sunlight comes in so it's alway like a sauna even in the winter. We selected the curry set and the udon with a side of rice ball. It was all super delicious. We ate it quickly and had to leave because it was so warm in there while eating hot food. The food is so good and quick, totally worth it.

It's been a while since I've been back here because I moved out of the area but I'm glad this place is still there and the food is still great. Went there a little after they opened for lunch and they were already busy and full. Despite having to wait it was only for a short time. I tried the chicken and egg bowl this time and it was good! My mom tried the seafood udon and it was a huge portion.
